Unions do some of the most important work there is, often with some of the oldest tools in any office.
Staff re-type the same member three times. Treasurers reconcile dues at midnight. A grievance deadline slips because it lived in one person’s calendar. None of that is why anyone joined the labor movement.
The people building union software should understand that. Many of ours do from the inside: their own workplaces are union.

UnionOS brings together teams that have built union software since 1993. Together they serve millions of union members across North America and Australia.
We’re part of Valsoft Corporation, a Montreal company that acquires software businesses and holds them for the long term. Valsoft doesn’t flip companies: our teams, products and support stay.
