Our values

Union-made, and in it for the long haul.

Members first
We judge every feature by the time it gives back to the people who serve members. If it doesn’t do that, it waits.
Union-made
Our teams are union too, with staff represented by MGEU and members of IUOE Local 99. We build with unions, not just for them.
Your data, your union
Member data belongs to the union. We host it in your country, keep it out of anyone else’s hands, and make sure you can take it with you.
In it for the long haul
We don’t flip companies. Our teams, products and support stay, backed by owners who buy to hold.

Connected

Questions

What unions ask us.

Straight answers to the questions we hear most.

What is union management software?

Union management software is a system built for how unions work. It keeps membership records, dues and per capita, grievances, dispatch, training and member communications in one place, so staff stop re-typing data across spreadsheets and every department works from the same records.

What does UnionOS do?

UnionOS runs the core work of a union office: members, dues and per capita, grievances and cases, organizing and texting, dispatch and out-of-work lists, training and apprenticeship, a member app, and reporting. You start with the modules you need and add the rest when you’re ready.

Is UnionOS right for a small local?

Yes. Locals usually start with Members and Dues, add Cases for stewards, and give members the app. Larger unions and internationals get a configured rollout with discovery, migration and training.

Do you work with both US labor unions and Canadian labour unions?

Yes. UnionOS works with unions across the United States and Canada, and with unions in Australia.

Who builds UnionOS?

UnionOS brings together long-standing union software teams with more than 75 years of combined experience, and many of our people are union members themselves. We’re part of Valsoft Corporation, which buys software companies to hold for the long term.

How much does union software cost?

Pricing depends on your union’s size, the modules you need and the work involved in moving your data. Tell us about your union in the fit assessment and a specialist will follow up with a written quote.
