Privacy
The short version: we use what you tell us to connect you with the right team, and nothing else.
What we collect
When you complete the fit assessment, request the checklist or subscribe, we collect what you enter: your name, work email, role, your union’s name and details, and optionally your phone number and message. We also record the page you arrived on and any campaign tags in the link you followed.
How we use it
We use your answers to recommend a setup and share them only with the UnionOS specialist team that will contact you. Newsletter subscribers receive an occasional email. We never sell your information.
Where it is kept
Submissions are stored by our technology partner on secure servers and shared with the relevant UnionOS team. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time.
Cookies
This site doesn’t use advertising cookies. It keeps a small amount of information in your browser session (campaign tags and your fit result) so the site works as you move between pages.
